25 yr old female with seizures

Case:
Chief complaints:
-seizures since morning
Patient was apparently asymptomatic till today morning then she developed sudden LOC , involuntary movements of both lower limbs, tongue bite,frothing
-No involuntary micturition, defecation
Past history:
K/C/O Epilepsy not on regular medication
At age of 1yr - 1 episode seizure
During pregnancy - 1 episode of seizure used medication 
N/K/C/O DM,HTN,Asthma,TB,CVA,CAD
Present history:
Appetite: normal
Diet:Mixed
Sleep: Adequate
Bowel and bladder habits: Regular
No Addictions
General Examination:
Patient is conscious, coherent , co-operative
Well oriented to time, place and person
Moderately built and nourished
No pallor , icterus, cyanosis, clubbing, pedal oedema, lymphadenopathy
Vitals
PR:80 bpm
BP:130/90mm H g
Temp:98.1 F
RR:20
Systemic Examination:
CVS:S1S2 PRESENT
RS:BAE PRESENT,NVBS
P/A:Soft,non tender
CNS:NAD
Treatment:
1)Inj Levipil 500mg IV/BD in 100 mlNS
2)Inj Pantop 40 mg IV OD
3) Inj.Zofer 4 mg IV SOS
4)T.Suradyme PO/OD
