38/F with fever and generalized weekness

38/F came with chief complaints of
-Fever from 1 month
-Generalized weekness from 1 month
HOPI: Patient was apparently asymptomatic 1 month ago then she developed fever which is low grade, associated with sweating,no chills and
rigor
-Loss of appetite from 3 days
- H/O
Past history: N/K/C/O DM,HTN, Asthma, Epilepsy,CVA,CAD
Present history:
Appetite: Reduced
Diet:Mixed
Sleep: Adequate
Bowel and bladder habits:
Frequency of micturition-10 to 15 times/ day
Loose stools 2 to 3 days ago
General Examination:
No pallor, icterus, cyanosis, clubbing, pedal oedema, lymphadenopathy
PR: 80 bpm
BP:110/80 mm hg
RR: 20 cpm
TEMPERATURE:100F
Systemic Examination:
CVS : S1S2 Present
RS:BAE Present
P/A: Soft,non tender
CNS: NAD
